Reef Knot keeps things bright and unfussy, and the kitchen leans hard into Cornish seafood, rock oysters and roasted skate wing among them. The "Mum's Bouillabaisse" is borrowed from the chef's mother, which is either charming or a lot of pressure, depending on how you look at it.
