A set menu restaurant in the middle of Friesoythe where the name doubles as the mission statement: local suppliers, seasonal ingredients, and a four-to-six course dinner that also comes in a vegetarian version. The interior mixes modern and rustic without committing a crime against either. A Michelin Bib Gourmand, and in summer a handful of tables spill outside. Warm service rounds it out.
