Restaurant 1812
Modern Japanese
A flint-clad kiln, uncovered during renovation, anchors the dining room of this former warehouse on the Norfolk Broads. The set-menu restaurant works through seasonal produce from local artisans and the chef's own garden, with mushrooms grown on site, all filtered through a quiet Japanese sensibility. Sourdough starts things off before the menu finds its footing somewhere between Norfolk and somewhere rather further east.
