Restaurant Coquo

The family home in Fernelmont that became a restaurant, with old photographs of Bierwart still on the walls, gives Coquo its particular warmth. The chef trained under Pierre Résimont before returning to cook seasonal French food in the village he grew up in, and the Michelin Guide awarded it a Bib Gourmand. A set menu keeps things focused and the cooking runs toward the refined end without losing its ease.
