A restored farmhouse tucked among the vineyards of the Escoda-Sanahuja winery, one of Catalonia's pioneering natural wine producers. This is a Mediterranean restaurant where the chef, Russian-born and clearly converted, builds an à la carte and tasting menu around organic produce, much of it grown on the farm itself. The kitchen and the cellar are in obvious conversation, and the cheese menu is the kind of detail that makes you glad you asked.
