    A former coach house on a sprawling Breda estate, with walnut and marble inside and a terrace that makes the grounds feel like part of the meal. This is a formal French fine dining restaurant, and the kitchen holds a Michelin star. The chef works classical French technique with Dutch touches and the occasional Asian inflection, and the sauces alone tend to settle any argument. The sommelier brings an extensive list and the confidence to match it.
