A contemporary tasting menu restaurant inside a small hotel on the Kvarner Gulf, where the front tables look out over calm Adriatic water through a fringe of the property's own olive grove, the oil from which ends up on your plate. The kitchen runs four or seven course blind menus built around local Croatian ingredients, handled with enough creativity that the food earns its view rather than just borrowing it.
