A fifth-generation family restaurant on the Ligurian coast, Rezzano has a Michelin star and a veranda aimed squarely at the setting sun over the central square. The kitchen leans into seafood and garden produce across three tasting menus, with dishes that manage to be delicate and genuinely flavourful without trying too hard to impress.
