Ristorante del Lago
Modern Italian
The drive up to Acquapartita, a mountain village at nearly 800 meters, is the first clue that this Michelin-starred restaurant takes commitment. The chef's cooking is rooted in Romagna's hills, mushrooms, trout, and game finding their way into modern plates with real conviction. The wine list runs to two volumes and nearly 1,600 labels, roughly 40 percent French, overseen with warmth by the chef's brother out front.
