    A hotel restaurant in Deidesheim's Kaisergarten that leans Mediterranean with a Big Green Egg running in the background and a pizza menu sitting alongside it, which is a combination that somehow works. The room is all light natural tones, the staff are genuinely relaxed without being sloppy, and the wine list pulls heavily from the hotel group's own vineyards. In summer, the garden terrace is where you want to be.
