    Candelabras, crystal chandeliers, and white tablecloths that have been there longer than most of Amman's restaurants combined: Romero is an old-school Italian dining room that takes its formality seriously. A terrace overlooks the city for sunset dinners, and a handful of sister locations have since spread across town. The kind of place where the room does half the work before the food arrives.
