Twelve seats at a counter, one open kitchen, and a surprise menu of five to seven courses served by the chef himself: Rosmarin is about as intimate as fine dining gets. The room is a restored vaulted cellar in Lenzburg, and the food leans into the region's ingredients with enough creative confidence to hold a Michelin star. Water, coffee, and soft drinks are included, which feels almost radical at this level.
