Royal Cellar 1878 is the restaurant at Chateau Mukhrani, a white castle in wine country that French architects designed for a noble family and that looks like it was built to be photographed. The cooking runs from traditional Georgian to modern takes on it, and the wine comes from the estate, so the sommelier's commute is a staircase. Expect a dressed-up lunch, ideally with a cellar tour first. Gault&Millau gives it two toques.
