A former manor just outside Ciutadella, Rural Sant Ignasi is a countryside hotel where the dry-stone walls and native trees feel less like landscaping than like the island just happened to grow around the building. Rooms run to natural stone, wood, and woven fibres, some with garden terraces, others with open views across the fields. The Michelin Guide gave it a Key, and several unspoiled beaches are a short drive away.
