Dinner begins at seven sharp, and the chef comes out of the kitchen to narrate each course as he places it in front of you. Rutin is a husband-and-wife restaurant in Budaörs running a single multi-course set menu each evening, built around Hungarian family recipes and childhood memory. The room is intimate enough that the storytelling lands, and three hours apparently disappear without anyone noticing they've gone.
