    Inside the grounds of a Mallorcan country estate, Sa Clastra holds a Michelin star for creative fine dining built entirely around a single tasting menu. The chef frames each course around the winds that cross the island, Tramuntana, Mistral, Ponent, weaving in childhood flavors of local cooking alongside spices that, per the conceit, arrived on the breeze from elsewhere. On warm evenings, the romantic patio does most of the convincing.
