Sábrego
Galician
Stone-built and tucked inside a vineyard estate in the D.O. Ribeiro wine country, this Galician restaurant takes traditional cooking somewhere a little more considered without losing sight of local meat and fish sourced that morning. You can order from the à la carte or pick one of two tasting menus, both offered with wine pairings, which makes sense given that the cellar and the kitchen are essentially the same project.
