SanBrite
Alpine Italian
Waiters arrive in procession carrying mountains of creamy butter, served with bread before anything else has happened, which sets the tone for what SanBrite is doing. This one-Michelin-star dining room in the Dolomites has just a handful of tables, recycled wood on the walls, and a window framing the Ampezzo peaks. The kitchen draws on home-produced and regional mountain ingredients, with desserts that skip added sugar entirely.
