-
A Menorcan country house converted into a small rural hotel, with a terrace shaded by the kind of afternoon light that makes you order more than you planned. The kitchen runs on its own organic garden, olive trees, and beehives, and two set menus lean into that self-sufficiency hard, one built around honey, the other around the house olive oil. The à la carte adds rice dishes, pasta, and a lobster section that requires advance notice, which feels appropriately serious.
