Santa Ponsa - Fontenille Collection

A 250-acre Minorcan estate where orange groves and fig trees slope down around an 18th-century farmhouse converted into a 21-room luxury boutique hotel. The 21 rooms spread across the barn and outbuildings, each with slightly different geometry from the conversion, all done in contemporary tones with rattan furniture. The spa occupies the old stone cistern, its lap pool sitting under a vaulted ceiling that makes the whole thing feel quietly theatrical.
