Santo Pure is a luxury resort that sits just outside town, quiet enough that the island's crowds feel theoretical. Six pools, a spa with hammam and cryotherapy, and a terrace restaurant whose name translates loosely to "the sun that sinks into the sea," which the view does its best to justify nightly.
