A stone villa half-hidden in the woods outside Oostkamp, where the log fire and art on the walls set a tone that falls somewhere between country house and gallery. This is a contemporary tasting-menu restaurant with a regional pantry and a chef who's drawn to fermentation and seasonings as a way of quietly making things strange. The set menu runs from three courses at lunch up from there, never announcing the tricks until they land.
