A floating Cantonese restaurant moored just outside Centraal Station, Sea Palace looks like a Ming dynasty palace ran aground on an Amsterdam canal and decided to stay. Pagoda rooflines, carved chinoiserie, and statues of Chinese warlords fill every corner. The family has run it forever, the Bib Gourmand is theirs, and the dim sum and Peking duck keep the regulars coming back while service robots weave between the tables.
