    The terrace here runs right to the edge of Lake Millstatt, which tends to make the food taste better regardless of what arrives. This is a hotel dining room done with some grace, floor-to-ceiling windows framing the water on days when the terrace is too cold. The kitchen leans into the setting: lake fish pulled fresh and game from the surrounding region anchor a menu that shifts with the season.
