Seven Rooms at Stillwater

Seven rooms tucked above a fine-dining restaurant inside an old flour mill on the Tamar River, with the original timber bones still visible in every corner. The fabrics run dark and lush, the furniture and bath products are all locally made, and the full restaurant menu is available via room service for nights when dressing is simply too much to ask. Guests also get a private bar and breakfast with the chef, which is either charming or alarming depending on the morning.
