    While most Saint-Tropez hotels are chasing either Bardot-era nostalgia or Belle Époque grandeur, this boutique luxury hotel goes its own way. Christophe Pillet's design lands somewhere between Provençal warmth and clean modernism, and even the entry-level bungalows come with a private terrace and outdoor shower. The heated pool, the Spa Sezz by Susanne Kaufmann, and a poolside bar ensure you have very little reason to leave.
