The chef moves between kitchen and tables to talk through a menu that takes classic technique somewhere more personal and surprising. A yearly tasting menu arrives on custom ceramics, and the sommelier pairs the whole thing with enough enthusiasm to make you feel the wine list was assembled just for you.
