    A ten-room mountain lodge in the Himalayas, Sitara Himalaya was conceived by Good Earth founder Anita Lal around the Vedic idea of oneness with the cosmos, which sets a certain tone. Interiors layer Indian, Tibetan, and English influences, but the valley ringed by peaks does most of the decorating. An Ayurvedic spa and a Himalayan kitchen keep guests from fleeing too soon. It holds two Michelin Keys.
