Raw concrete poured into angular shapes on a Plettenberg Bay hillside, Sky Villa is a boutique hotel where the architecture picks a fight with the landscape and both sides win. Rooms and suites soften the geometry with warmer materials, and the ones with private terraces face the bay and Keurbooms Lagoon. The restaurant and bar lean into the Garden Route setting, which mostly means the views do the heavy lifting before the food even arrives.
