    The hotel greets every guest in French, which tells you most of what you need to know about its intentions. This is an upscale Sofitel in Bogota's Zona T, where Colombian design touches, golden room accents, and exotic flower arrangements sit alongside a pillow menu and the brand's signature bed. The in-house restaurant pairs French technique with local Colombian flavors, and the bar follows the same logic with its cocktails.
