Soho House planted its boho-chic members'-club flag on the south coast of Mykonos, and the rocky Aegean shoreline outside doesn't seem to bother anyone lounging by the pool. The 44-room hotel runs from snug "tiny" rooms to sprawling Large+ suites, several with freestanding tubs or verandas facing the water. The restaurant leans Mediterranean, the pool bar handles the rest, and the spa gives everyone a reason to stay put between beach runs.
