A centuries-old stone farmhouse in the Mallorcan countryside, converted into a rural hotel with enough character that the renovation barely had to try. Honey-colored walls and timbered ceilings do the heavy lifting, while blue shutters and jasmine-draped terraces keep things from feeling like a museum. The grounds run to olive and pomegranate trees, with garden dining underneath. Inside, ikat prints and murals give the suites a personality beyond "nice old room."
