    Black sand beach on one side, working rice paddies on the other: Soori Bali is a 45-villa resort on the island's quieter west-central coast, about ninety minutes from the airport. The architecture leans clean and contemporary, with open-plan spaces that dissolve the line between indoors and out. An infinity pool, a spa, and restaurants serving Balinese cuisine round things out, and the Michelin Guide has awarded it one Key.
