Soulenq
Modern French
The name comes from Occitan for the feast that closes out the grape harvest, which tells you something about the spirit of the place. Soulenq is a restaurant and wine shop run by four partners out of a converted nursery, with a menu built around sharing plates that lean seasonal and generous. The kind of room where vol-au-vent and black truffle sauce feel completely unpretentious.
