    Set inside a handsome aristocratic palace in Münster's city centre, Spitzner is a Michelin-starred fine dining restaurant where modern French cooking is kept clean and precise, the plating free of any fussy business. The chef steps out of the kitchen to serve on occasion, which somehow feels natural rather than theatrical. On warm days, the terrace is the obvious call.
