This is the brasserie inside the St. Regis Nişantaşı, polished and unhurried, the kind of room where the menu wanders confidently from Turkish mezze to gyoza to Italian risotto without apologizing for it. The kebab with meatballs, grilled peppers, and a yogurt-butter sauce is the house signature, and portions land on the generous side of luxurious.
