Stadtpfeiffer

Housed in the Neue Gewandhaus concert hall, this Michelin-starred fine dining room runs on two set menus, one of them vegetarian, built around a contemporary French sensibility with regional and seasonal produce, some of it from the team's own herb garden. The chefs plate and present the dishes themselves, which makes for an unusually personal kind of service. Leipzig's classical music crowd fills the room, though you don't need a program in hand to find your way here.
