    Bellhops in denim and cowboy hats set the tone at this Auberge resort spread across a 712-acre working ranch on the Napa-Sonoma border. Stone and wood farmhouses serve as guest rooms, wildflowers fill the grounds, and a vast spa complex anchors the wellness side of things. The ranch aesthetic is committed but tasteful, never sliding into theme-park territory. The Michelin Guide awarded it one Key.
