Sterneck
Modern New American
The wine cellar sits three meters below sea level, which feels appropriate given the North Sea is essentially the wallpaper here. This Michelin-starred fine dining room inside Badhotel Sternhagen keeps just five elegantly laid tables, and the chef's modern menus, built on classical technique and running three to seven courses, lean hard on sauces done with quiet precision. The Wadden Sea views do a lot of the talking, but the kitchen holds its own.
