A Palladian-Victorian hybrid that couldn't quite commit to one century, Strattons is a luxury boutique hotel tucked into a Norfolk market town that most people drive straight through. Fourteen rooms and suites, each one decorated differently enough that choosing matters, with the old house leaning atmospheric and the outbuildings leaning contemporary. Neither is the obvious pick, which is honestly half the charm of staying here.
