A centuries-old wood-paneled stube inside the Biohotel Hermitage, set far enough from the lifts that you feel like you've been let in on something. This Michelin-starred fine dining room runs three tasting menus, one of which follows the chef's Ischian roots straight to the Dolomites, landing seafood in the middle of mountain country. The room seats very few people, which means the evening moves at whatever pace it wants.
