    Four tables, floor-to-ceiling light wood paneling, and a set menu where you pick how many courses you can handle: Stubn 1972 is a small, cosy restaurant tucked into a hotel near the Fleckalmbahn cable car in Kirchberg. The kitchen leans into modern technique without abandoning the alpine comfort you came here for. The host steers the wine pairings personally, drawing mostly from Austrian producers.
