    Studio Mama is a supper club in a recording studio, where about thirty people share a multicourse meal cooked by a former studio chef, then watch a songwriter play from a few feet away. The $550 ticket buys dinner, conversation with strangers, and a set that feels like it was written for your table. It's a house concert that happens to have a proper kitchen. Nashville Scene gave it a Best of Nashville nod for Best Reason to Splurge.
