A Lille bistro named for Lucas's partner's grandmother, not the Leonard Cohen song, though the Palais des Beaux-Arts is close enough to feel cultured about it. The cooking leans heavily on vegetables and aromatic herbs, with sauces doing a lot of the quiet work, from classic beurre blanc to a wasabi mayonnaise that shows up alongside greater amberjack. Creative bistronomic cooking at an address that rewards wandering off the main drag.
