The vaulted cellar of a manor house makes for a more dramatic dining room than most restaurants manage on purpose. Talu is the hotel restaurant of Andrássy Kúria & Spa, serving modern Hungarian cooking built around regional recipes and local produce, Mangalitsa pork among them. The Tokaj wine list leans heavily on the neighbors, with plenty available by the glass, which is a polite way of saying the evening can extend comfortably.
