Stained-glass windows and marble finishings give this old-school Nişantaşı kebab spot a look that somehow feels both neighborhood canteen and faded drawing room. It's been around forever, and the regulars clearly never considered going anywhere else. The Gaziantep-style lahmacun, loaded with vegetables and parsley, and the lamb sausage and minced beef kebab are the ones everyone orders. The Michelin Guide awarded it a Bib Gourmand, which tracks with the prices.
