Taúlla
Modern Spanish
A converted paprika mill in the Espinardo district, with a basement museum of old spice tins that's more charming than it sounds. This is a modern tasting-menu restaurant where the kitchen roots itself in Murcia's traditions before taking a sharp creative turn. Chef Rodi Fernández runs both an à la carte and two tasting menus, the cooking technically confident without feeling cold. The paprika history below stairs is a genuine talking point before the meal has even started.
