Country French
Just before the French border, truck drivers and families pull off the road for the same reason: the kitchen here does straightforward, generous, classic French country cooking without apology. Meat comes from the family farm up the road, cod and shrimp arrive from the North Sea, and the wine cellar is a serious one. The Michelin Guide gives it a Bib Gourmand, which about fits.
