Terrace tables hang over the Stainzbach River, and in summer nobody gives those up without a fight. This is a chic modern restaurant in the basement of an old mill, where the kitchen builds two seasonal tasting menus, four or seven courses, from ingredients pulled largely from the surrounding Styrian countryside. The sommelier pours almost exclusively from Styria and Burgenland, and the bar lounge is a decent reason to arrive early.
