Terra Dominicata - Hotel & Winery

A former Carthusian monastery in the foothills of Montsant Natural Park, now a boutique wine country hotel with three Michelin Keys. The monks had excellent taste in real estate, and guests are the beneficiaries: rooms keep the beamed ceilings and stone walls while adding rain showers and espresso machines, with suites stepping up to freestanding tubs. The estate's own wine flows freely at the on-site restaurant, and the outdoor pool makes the most of the scenery.
